Senior HR Business Partner

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to client organizations across manufacturing, finance, and technology sectors
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, succession plans, and workforce planning frameworks
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and develop reward structures aligned with market data
• Facilitate leadership development workshops and executive coaching sessions
• Ensure client compliance with Ghana Labour Act and industry-specific regulations
• Develop and present quarterly HR analytics reports to client leadership teams
• Mentor and coach junior HR consultants within the HR Hub team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or consulting capacity
• Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Act (Act 651) and related employment regulations
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to inform decisions
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
