About This Role

HR Hub Ghana is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing consulting team. You will serve as a strategic advisor to our client organisations, helping them align their people strategies with business objectives.

This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in Ghanaian labour law, talent management, and organisational development. You will work directly with C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
  • Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Act and employment regulations
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in HR consulting or advisory is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Conduct HR audits and provide actionable recommendations
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Design compensation and benefits frameworks aligned to market benchmarks
  • Lead change management initiatives during organisational restructuring
  • Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations
